Chef Trey Holland prides himself in the traditions and home-style preparations of delicious barbeque and sides. His culinary training coupled with his Southern Arkansas roots are on display in Rollin Smoke Barbeques’ dedication to mouth watering food. Our mobile grills and smokers provide catering to companies, parties, picnics, banquets, special get-togethers, and tailgating events. We cook our barbeque on low heat with slow cooking methods developed to provide the most succulent meat that is prepared to fall off the bone at the site of your fork.

On Site Cooking
